Really funky place, great vibe and music and staff were really friendly. I had the most amazing basque cheesecake and a decent flat white. Would definitely return to try the brunch menu

Characterfull cafe in Wells. Nice brunch menu with a good variety of food. Coffees were spot on. Partner and I had a brunch burger which was delicious. The ingredients were evidently fresh with lots of nice flavours.

Went with friends on an exceptionally stormy Sunday. Loaf was pretty busy, which meant our food was delayed coming out to us. We were chill with it as we had our drinks, but the staff were super attentive & made sure to check in with us & let us know what was going on. The French toast was SO. Damn. Good. Massive massive kudos to the epic friendly staff - you guys were the icing on the cake (which was also epic!) Massive appreciation for the rather cool toilet seats too!

We stopped here on Sunday morning for brunch. I was impressed with the menu selection, everything looked great so it was difficult to choose from! The cafe had a great atmosphere and we sat outside in the sunshine, a great place to be as the weather is getting warmer. Can’t wait to come here again for coffee and breakfast.

Really lovely place in the centre of Wells. Your food may not arrive immediately but that's because they're clearly cooking everything fresh to order and it shows in the quality. Such a great place with nice friendly people.

We came here with our 4 year old - the food was really excellent and it was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the little playhouse and the courtyard. Very friendly people serving as well. If we lived locally I'd come every day!

Very nice and unusual brunch options. It's popular and there aren't many tables. We were lucky that there was a table free when we got there, a few people after us had a look and went away.

Loaf is a lovely, colourful and safe space. The two young ladies at the till were very friendly and lovely, unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. The portion sizes were great and I would definitely recommend and come back! I got a brownie and a slice of vanilla and berry compote cake which were both delicious, and my partner got a coffee which was also nice.
